Les L. Moore, CPA, MT

Les is a financial management professional with proven success across various industries. His vast accounting and tax expertise, coupled with his skills in financial analysis, interpretation and tax forecasting has made it possible for Les to effectively guide companies to greater efficiency and profitability while helping to lower your taxes. His 25 years plus experience has enabled him to gain experience in almost every facet of accounting and taxation. As a result, he is able to provided high quality, personalized service to a wide variety of clients, ranging from individuals to small and mid-size companies in a variety of diverse industries. Les's background in both public and private accounting gives him a unique perspective into the financial, tax and business needs of your company.

He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the National Society of Tax Professional.

Les has taught various tax courses while he worked at H & R Block as a Supervisor, while pursuing his Bachelors degree in accounting. The courses taught include Corporate, Partnerships and Individual taxation. He has also taught computerized accounting utilizing QuickBooks.

Moore and Associates operate with the strictest confidentiality. All associates appreciate the importance of treating all information with strictest confidence. All communications are treated as "confidential" and "privileged" in certain circumstances. Privileged information should not be disclosed in legal proceedings. Currently, there is CPA-client privilege in non-criminal Federal tax matters with respect to tax advice between CPA and client. This privilege is waived by disclosure of the privileged information to a third party. It is important to consult with a CPA or Attorney before disclosing information regarding tax advice.
